BDC301: Week 4

This week, we learned more about advanced routing which i feel like is going to be complicated for me, i was confused at some points but hopefully by next week ill figure out all steps in routing. I liked the lecture i thought it was light but very useful especially for our foley workshops. I thought it was weird that earlier in time producers were opposed to using music in films because it destroyed a sense of “realism”, even though it is used to day to heighten one’s emotions toward what they are seeing, i couldnt imagine a film without music, it sounds  really awkward and a lot less appealing and for sure more boring, especially considering the 5 roles in music in film used today. Also, i wish i could find Liquid Sky it seems like a very odd movie to watch.
